Went for Sunday lunch the food was cold sent back returned the same cold . Food was good but what a letdown other people were complaining too.

Haley &amp; Clifford The font on the facade attracted my attention...very strange point...the restaurant that proves the details are very catching is really good, the staple food is delicious, the meat is very fresh, I ordered ice mocha, the milk taste is strong, the coffee will also pull flowers, the tableware is exquisite and elegant, the overall is very satisfied!

Looks lovely. We ordered and waited 30 menutes for food. Children were a bit tired and grumpy because of this. There was no wait time given to us. It was no busy at all. Two or three other tables were served food before us, even thought we ordered first. I ordered a salad, hummus sandwich, 2x kids burgers and pie and mash. The food was not hot, it was warm. I had to ask about the food before it arrived. The kids burgers were not graceful. It just looked poor.  No apology was given. We needed to ask for more drinks. Nobody asked about the food quality.  On the way out we were not good bye. The staff just wat he&apos;d us leave.  For how classy this place looks, it lacks a lot of the basics. It was really sad to have family visit and felt ashamed of myself more when the bill arrived.

Poor food. Poor experience. No value.

Awesome place

Had the wine and dine this lunchtime, food was great and with the wine good value. Staff, Abby/Abi and the young man behind the bar whose name I didn&apos;t get ( sorry) were very knowledgeable and attentive, sadly lacking in hospitality these days. Will definitely recommend and return.

Great food and service

We had a family retirement party at the Deer Park recently. Gemma the assistant manager was so helpful  and went out of her way to ensure the evening was a success nothing was too much trouble! We were able to pre order our food choices which made the evening run very smoothly with no delays  The food and service was excellent, everyone in the party commented on what a great venue it was with a lovely friendly atmosphere. Flavio Lucy and Meadow were so attentive all evening thank you!! We will be back.

Great family event

The last time we went to the Deer Park was over ten years ago because we had a bad experience. A few weeks ago on a Friday afternoon we decided to pop in as we were walking home from the park. Since then we have gone every Monday and Friday for a couple of drinks with our dog. Our new local again after ten years of not going. We will be trying the food very soon. The staff are great as well. Thanks

After ten years

The food in this restaurant redeemed the poor service. We had booked and arrived on time but were told our table had to be cleaned so drink at the bar.  A table for 2 is at most a 5m job surely. Not only that but the restaurant was half empty. 15m later we were shown to a table, We then waited another 15m to order. After that the service was good.

We were welcomed with a smile, we were shown to a comfortable table, we were served by a lovely waitress and the food and drink were great. An excellent evening.

We dine at the Deer Park quite often.  This was for my sons 18th Birthday - Sammy, the waitress was excellent.  Really looked after us all to make sure it was a special event.  The Maitre D - (lady) didn&#39;t get her name was also excellent.  Two great members of staff.  The food was also very delicious.

I booked The Deer Park for a Christmas Eve meal with my partner. I&rsquo;m familiar with this pub chain, the food met our expectations. The pub looked absolutely lovely for the festive season. The staff deserve a massive thank you. The place was busy, every table was booked. You could see every member of staff working as a team. They made sure everything got done properly and they were so nice. Very well done.
